Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns if your item does break or any damage on the product. We will exchange the product and recycle the part.
What’s the minimum order amount?
Depends with the shipping container. Big items for large shipping containers and small items for small items. But vary on Shipping cost and weight.
Which countries do you ship to?
United States only at this time. We apologize of the answer and that we do not do over sea.
Can I exchange my item on site?
We do travel to small markets and events. We do exchange, but you need a ticket number for proof of customer and then we'll exchange with another item. Be advice for large item with the above price. You have to pay the remaining price.
